The following statements are still not well-matched with Excel 2010 in 64-bit edition: Reports > Payroll & Employees > and result in an “error 429: Active X component can’t create object”:

Hello,

I think you are having any compatibility problem, you have to fix this by uninstalling the Microsoft Excel 2010 – 64 bit because it is not supported by the operating system that you have right now. And you are advised to switch on the lower version which is Microsoft Excel 2010 -32 bit.

Uninstall the Microsoft 2010 64 bit and download the lower version.
