Startup error after installation Clipboard Help and Spell Check

I’ve seen this error fixed by a group of beta testers and it took them about 4 pages before they fixed the bug and finally release the final version. The steps they performed include uploading of new beta versions for testing, moving a directory out of the default installation folder, and so on. One of the factors that seem to affect Clipboard Help and Spell is the antivirus.

It somewhat prevents and locks the application’s temporary folder from being accessed and that’s when the error is triggered. First thing you can try is, temporarily deactivate your antivirus and then run Clipboard Help and Spell. See if this will not generate an error. If this is successful, activate your antivirus and add Clipboard Help and Spell in the exclusion list of the antivirus.

To make sure you will not encounter any problem, download the latest version from Clipboard Help and Spell 2.23.01. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Though it doesn’t mention support for Windows 8, it does work on Microsoft Windows 8.
