Hello,

I was reading the new on the internet when suddenly this error message box appeared and closed everything that was open. My PC worked fine for a while when this error appeared again. I am afraid that my Windows will crash totally, so can anyone help me to fix this error please? You know what might causing this?

Hi Casey,

I have gone through your question. You have a problem of your audio driver. To fix this issue, try to update your audio driver. Try to install audio driver from the official website of your laptop manufacturer. If this does not solve the problem, try the following:

1. Go to Device Manager. Right click on the Computer icon from desktop. Click 'Device Manager'. Then uninstall the audio driver from there.

2. Restart your PC. When you restart your PC, it automatically installs the audio driver. This will most probably solve the problem.
