Spyware has disabled internet connection

My computer's internet connection has been affected by spyware to the extent that I can no longer access it.

I am not sure how to save the antispyware program to a CD and then install it onto my laptop (my laptop does not
have a disk drive) and run it.

What should I do about it?

I do not know if removing the spyware from your computer would fix its internet connection problem.

It does not have a 100% guarantee but it is worth trying.

If your laptop does not have a disk drive I am sure it has an available USB ports on its sides.

I already saw a notebook that is also like that, no floppy disk drive and no CD/DVD-ROM drive either.

But it has USB ports in it so I’m sure yours too.

Just copy the antivirus installer to a USB flash drive and install it to your laptop.

Run a full-system scan after the installation.

We are not sure how badly the damage in your operating system is.

You will notice its effect after the virus is completely removed.

If there are parts of Windows that are already not functioning normal, better to format your hard drive and install Windows again. Use Norton Antivirus or McAfee Antivirus for a change.
