I need a small clarification from Techyv Experts. How do I delete the iMessage history that appears when using Spotlight search history on iPhone. Please me the process of deleting the iMessage history, that will not show up further.

The solution to your problem is by deleting the unwanted thread in Imessage, turn off Imessage in settings, then sync and backup the device in iTunes, then restore backup from this device.
Or go to Settings, click General, Spotlight Search then uncheck items in imessages so that it wont show up again.

It is easy to delete history that appears on spotlight search.
1) Go to the settings control panel on your iPhone.
2) Go to the General section and tap Spotlight search option. From there you can now add and remove the types of item the spotlight search will index your phone.
3) If you want to fully disable spotlight search feature then uncheck every item from the list.
