Spotify error – can’t login anymore

Hello

I am using spotify application as I am very fond of music and using this application I have access to millions of songs. Just a few months ago I tried to login spotify using face book to be socially active and contribute and vote for songs. But recently I don’t know what went wrong. The login feature won't accept me anymore. When I click the login button in Facebook I get a refusal. The screenshot is as follows:

I got permissions from Facebook as well as in spotify but of no use. I have uninstalled both the applications and reinstalled them again but still the same error persists.

Any suggestions are most welcome to fix the problem.

Unfortunately, to resolve your problem you will most likely need to contact the Sounddrop customer support service. If you have the Forgotten password option somewhere on the page, you should try hitting that and see what happens. Also, you should go to your Facebook account and check to see if everything's ok there. Once you're logged into your Facebook, try signing in again. If that doesn't work, open the security settings in your Facebook account and check to see if the application has all needed permissions. As I've already said, if nothing of that works, you will need to contact the customer support to help you resolve the problem.
