Speech recognition over network is disabled

Hello,

Speech recognition shows me this message every time I open the app. If I tap Close the app is closing and nothing happens next. It worked just fine until now and I don’t know what could be the problem. Can anyone help me to fix this ? What this means ?

Hi George,

To turn on speech for accessibility, tap settings. Then select ease of access. Then turn on speech for phone accessibility. When the speech for phone accessibility is turned on, it enables announcing caller ID for phone calls, speed dialing, and turning call forwarding on or off using speech. You can also go to the language and input then check google voice typing settings then select download offline speech recognition. Select update.
