My speakers cannot work with my new computer. It was working with the old one. What could be the problem here, I am clueless. I do not know much about accessories.

Hi, if your speakers were working before on your old computer, you might want to check if the sound card driver is installed to your new computer now. To do so, right click on My Computer > Properties > Device Manager > SoundÂ
If you see sound but it has a yellow question mark icon beside it, it means that you haven't installed your sound card driver yet.
To install, check the installers that went along with your new computer when you bought it. There should be a utility CD. Insert it in your disk drive then install everything you see.Â

First , you must know if you install sound configuration to you computer or no.
To do that press right click on "my computer icon" then choose "properties" .
New window will open choose "hardware" from the higher tab then choose "Device manager" Â .
After opening Device manger you will find all the hardware which you installed on your computer .
If you did not find sound icon , Â you would have to install it from beginning .
