Soundtrack Error Message: MacPro related

I have Final Cut Pro X in my Mac PC.

I am trying to send a sequence to it to my Soundtrack Pro that will be used to mix some audios.

But I got an error on doing it.

An Unexpected Problem

NSInternallnconsistencyException

Invalid Parameter not satisfying: m_mainWindows

OK

To resolve my problem, I opened the file in Soundtrack Pro but did not resolve it. I changed some settings to no avail.

But when I tried to open the project in other computer system, it works just fine. So I’m guessing that the problem is in my computer system. I did everything such as update, uninstall and re-install Soundtrack Pro but I could not resolve the issue.

I am running Mac with OS X Lion.

How can I fix this?

That seems to be a problem with the SoundPro application. If you are able to open the projects with other applications but SoundPro cannot, then I highly suspect that the problem is due to compatibility issues. The SoundPro that you have installed may not be compatible with the Mac Pro that you are using, and therefore you will need to do the following:

  • You have said that you already tried to reinstall the application but the problem persists.
  • What I will suggest that you do is uninstall the SoundPro application from your computer.
  • After that go online and search for the SoundPro application that is meant to be used on Mac, download it and install it.

That should help fix the problem.
