I just installed Sophos Antivirus on my PC with Windows 7 and some viruses were found. The problem is that it seems like I cannot delete the viruses that were found. Can anyone help me please to delete the viruses ? What should I do ?

That was very disappointing. I will discontinue and shift to a different antivirus if the one I’m using can’t clean a virus from my computer. But since it already happened, try downloading Sophos Virus Removal Tool 2.5. It supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 and later.
