Hi there,

Even if I am the only user and I have all the administrative rights I have this message that says I am not a member of sub-estates. I don’t know how to solve this error so is there any expert online that can help me to fix this ?

Thank you !

Sophos Enterprise Console error of sub-estates

Hi Angela, you encountered this error due to installing a previous version of Sophos which also removed several Admin groups. Try to create a domain local group in Admin and add this to the administrator account. Now run the commands sqlcmd –E –S – SOPHOS52 –I ResetUserMappings.sql in the command prompt on the database server from the enterprise console directory. Re-start now the Sophos services on the server and try to open again the Sophos enterprise console.
