Can anyone suggest me which is better?
Sony xperia sola or htc one v or any other better phone less than d price of d above mentioned……..
The main specification I am considering is picture quality. Sola has bravia engine while htc one v doesn't have one.
Please suggest which one is better?

Definitely both the Mobile are commutative enough. In terms of features they fall on the same line. Lets put your point first in terms of camera specification I will say Sony xperia sola hold the edge over HTC One v. The reason being the bravia engine better clarity and better resolution. Video recording in Sony Xperia One is 720p@ 30 fps and for HTC one v is 720p. So the 30 frame per second shows better video output.
Pricing for Sony Xperia solo is slightly higher than HTC one so if a person is looking for expensive buying with good features Sony Xperia hold the advantage. The key difference also comes in terms of Internal storage in which Sony xperia has 8gb internal storage and Htc one v has 4Gb. NFC Near field communication is advantage of Sony Xperia so to build interaction with other users. So hope I have made my po9nt clear interms of features and usability.

I myself feel that both the phones are quite close in terms of features and specs. Prices may vary and as HTC one comes in three different variants, you can choose for any one as per your budget. But if you are planning on a high end phone with 40k range, I fail to understand why iPhone 4S is not among your options. Its also a great product and a good competitor for these phones.
Whatever you buy, keep your interests in mind.
