So, I am using Sony Vegas Platinum 9 and OS XP 32bit. Now, everytime I tried rendering the file the rendering screen gets stuck and the "time remaining" shows that the time is only getting more extended. Can anyone tell me how to fix it ?

If you are planning to process a high definition video, you must have a processor with 2.8 GHz speed. This application only requires 200 MB of free hard disk space and it requires a minimum of 256 MB RAM installed on your CPU.
For high definition processing, you must have 512 MB RAM or more recommended. You must also install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
Check if you have adequate resources like in the available RAM when editing a video.
