According to some forums for androids it is really a problem with Sony smart watch. Several had same problem too..I suggest to you not to fix it by yourself. There are no news yet if there is an update for that. I strongly suggest that you go to the nearest sony service center to have them take a look at it. :)
Well trying for an update should be your first choice but I also think you should have a Sony technician take a look at it as the service center personnel might be able to help you in a better way and it is still better than just messing around waiting for someone to point up a method of doing some fix.
