Please help me solve this problem I really want to get back working my Sony PC companion for my Sony laptop to transfer files and complete synchronization. But it stopped working I even tried to uninstall and reinstall it agin from official site but still not working. Please answer me how to fix it.

The Android phones can at times be frustrating, try the following steps:
(a) Check the functionality of the USB ports using a pen drive.
(b) Download and install the latest version of Sony PC Companion from here.
(c) Restart your PC.
(d) On your phone, change the USB connectivity mode to USB mass storage mode.
(e) Now connect your mobile to the PC with the cable provided by the Company. (Sometimes the cable matters, change different cables and try)
