SonicStage Unable to Play Music

HI,
I’m unable to use SonicStage 4.3 since few days. When I try to open SonicStage, I’m getting the error:
“The selected music file cannot be played back because the system information has changed. Click OK to close SonicStage and open the SonicStage System Information Restore Tool automatically. (Error code 00004e2e)”.
It is asking me to authenticate using the internet, But when I click ok, A yellow triangle is appearing along the top bar. After that, I’m not sure what should be done. After that, I’m not sure what should be done next.
I have tried to reinstall it, but that didn’t make any difference. Please help me.
