I dont what has happened but since last week, every time I play a song from the cloud on my Nokia Lumia 928, I am getting an error. My set is running Windows 8. I have tried to restart and reset the date and time and wi-fi options but nothing helped. Can you pls tell me what is wrong in this case? How can I correct this issue?

This is the problem of time and date. If the time and date is not correct, the internet service providers take this as a hacker or similar and don’t let you play song.
You should check thoroughly your date and time.
Go to Settings >> System >> date + time
Double check if your time zone is also correct. If time zone is not correct, you might set the correct local time on your set but it won’t be of any use.
After fixing time, you will surely be able to play songs easily.
