Some required fields are missing values

Hello gurus,

This program below does not give me a view the “missing” data in yellow. I get the screen that shows the mapping screen. I accept that the mapping is all right and I select next, and the software begins to verify the items. At first I get the error ‘line : 12347.

Type mismatch, Error #13’. I go ahead and click the OK option provided, and I get another error saying  ‘Some required fields are missing values. All required fields must have a value before exporting to QuickBooks’. I click OK again an Excel file launches, and I see the errors in it.

The problem is the items are not in QuickBooks.  I have the image of the screen when the errors occur.

Thank you.

Hallo Jody,

It seems that there are some fields that you are leaving blank and they need to have values. Therefore, you will need to check the fields, re-enter the values ensuring that every field has the values that are needed and after that click OK and see if it will work.

Nicke

I think you did not thoroughly check the fields in the Transaction Pro Import Wizard window that are required to have a value. As what the error message clearly states all required fields should first have a value before you can actually begin exporting them to QuickBooks. You should check again the fields in the Transaction Pro Import Wizard window that are marked in red and make sure to specify their individual value.

Those fields that are marked in red are required to begin the export process and that is what’s preventing the process from happening. You only need to specify a value for each field marked in red to go to the next phase.
