We are facing a problem with Exchange 2010 as it is not receiving emails from a client. Some users are getting emails from that client and while others do not. If anybody knows this problem, please help. Thanks in advance.

Are the users not getting emails receiving error messages on their outlook client when they hit send/receive? Normally, Outlook should provide an error or a pop up window if it is.
If Outlook is not receiving any error messages, you may want to try to recreate the profile of your of the exchange account on Outlook. To recreate the account, Start > Settings > Control Panel >Mail > Show Profiles > Add > Create new profile. You can try to make the new profile your default profile and check if you would be unable to still receive emails.
