Some programs are not showing clear

When I run certain programs, they do not show clear. I'm not sure exactly why. Certain programs run okay, while others the text looks blurry/fuzzy. Is it a setting on my computer? What can I do, if anything, to resolve this? It is quite annoying and interfering with my work!

Actually, it seems that your system is virus or malware infected. So, scan the computer as soon as possible, in order to detect any virus or malware attack, kill the programs if detected any.

If the issue still persists, it is advisable to install the latest back up available so that the system is freed from any malware.

Furthermore, it is advisable to install all the critical system and software updates.
