This is a simple problem. So I will give a solution according to my knowledge, I cannot assure this is you problem since you haven’t mentioned what is the problem. Anyway this is not a problem it’s a text message which sent by your service provider. May be mistakenly you might activated the service. So in order to switch off these you can go for two methods
1st Call your service provider (customer care) and put a complain you don’t want the particular service
2nd Or else you can do these manually by “Open Menu > Go to Messages > in option go to Broadcast messages > Go to Activation” and turn it off
