I am using Ubuntu OS before and switch back to Windows XP. I back up some data. Please help me out to Ubuntu CSV format. It seems to be blank. Please need help with this. Thanks!

Well you didn't provide needed information. It seems that you didn't save your file in proper way. LibreOffice ( Open Office ) and Microsoft Office saves CSV files differently. For separating values Microsoft Office use " ; " and LibreOffice uses " , " so when you saved you file, you should select format in which you want to save it. You should select windows format and then you can open it on Windows.
