Hi experts,

I just tried to use some hotfixes/short keys using Mac Operating System but an error displayed on the screen. How can I resolve this issue? I am looking for an expert’s help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey Jonathan,

This is easily done. Just a couple of mouse clicks in mac OS X but they are not called shortcuts, there are called aliases. now to make an alias, step one right click on the application, file or folder that you would like to have as an alias, on the menu shown, just click on option to “make alias.” Then a new file will show, which look like the old one but with name “alias” at the end of the folder name there is an arrow on lower left side of the folder’s  icon to show it’s a shortcut.
