      I downloaded Crystal Reports in zip format. But when i tried to unzip it shows message zip downloads broken. Please tell me the solution of this problem on urgent bases.

The only solution to fix your problem is redownload the file. Because most of the time it happens that at  the time of download you didnot get the complete file actually.A broken file means a portion of the file is left behind and is not possible for the computer to create the missing file by its own.
Better option is to redownload the file.
You have only one solution, Download the zip file again and then try to extract. Your zip file might be broken while downloading or the provider might be having a broken file. So be sure to download Crystal reports from the SAP web site. I have downloaded the package several times from SAP web site and did not have had any issue when installing the package.
