I'm having a problem with logmein rescue. My computer seems to freeze every few minutes when I connect to a computer. I am using Windows 7 operating system. Is there any solution for this?

In your logmein go to preferences, then go to remote control settings and from there try disabling the mirror display driver. Sometimes your antivirus software and firewalls block remote connections like these so you can also try disabling them all on both computers or you can add logmein in the exclusion list of your antivirus and firewalls.

Since you are using a private application, you will have to get in contact with their IT department. When you connect remotely via Rescue and your computer freezes, right click on the session on click on Capture Logs. Save them to a .TXT file and name it filename. Send them to RickD at emsd.hu along with your click version number.
