Hello King Lopezs,

Since you are attempting to uninstall SolidWorks then some errors may appear due to incomplete or duplicate installation, DLL files that are missing or corrupted, outdated drivers, the firewall of the antivirus software in the computer blocking the process, or the program is still open or running while you try to uninstall SolidWorks. If you want to completely uninstall and remove the product, including its data folders and all its components, such as registry keys and directories, then choose “Complete Uninstall” in the Control Panel at the “Remove or Uninstall programs” tab. To do this, be sure that the product you want to uninstall is highlighted or selected. If you let any files remain, then SolidWorks Installation Manager will not be removed or deleted.

Hope this helps.

This error could be an indication that there is a conflict with the Solidworks edrawing program with another application that is consecutively running at the same time. The solution that I can recommend is for you to deactivate your antivirus and try reinstalling the Solidworks program. After you do this steps, you may now uninstall Solidworks edrawing.
