If you are using windows 7, these all features are built in for it. You can just go through management option in the control panel and access all of these.

But if you want to download some tools that would help you improve the performance of PC then simply download the Ccleaner from Filehippo and keep cleaning the Registries once in a week.

The Ccleaner also keeps record of every application installed on your computer and it’s far better than Control Panel's Add/Remove Program.

You can also use this application if you can pay for it. Still if you are not satisfied with any of the two software, click on this link and check out the details

If you want to improve the performance of your computer, one way is to update your operating system to the latest Service Pack. If you have Windows XP, download Windows XP Service Pack 3. This is the latest and last Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows XP. If you have Windows Vista, download Windows Vista Service Pack 2.

This is the latest and last Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows Vista. If you have Windows 7, download Windows 7 Service Pack 1. This is the latest and only Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows 7. After this, download Platform Update for Windows 7. This provides improved features and performance on Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

Now, if you want to further improve the performance of your machine, download PC Tools Performance Toolkit. Follow the instructions to download and unpack and then install it. Once installed, start PC Tools then click the “1-Click Optimization” button to optimize your system.
