Softplan 13.3 in my Laptop does not work properly

The Softplan 13.3 and key is installed in the Laptop. My laptop is using Windows 7 as the Operating System. But I constantly get a message asking to install the ‘install key’.

I have followed the instruction but the message is repeating.

Please help me to make the program work properly. If anybody knows the solution to this,

Since you have messed up with your installation I recommend that you start from the very first step which is the reinstallation process. Do as I say by following the steps.

Uninstall Softplan and any key that is installed on your laptop.

Run Ccleaner to clean registries of Softplan that is left behind after the removal of it.

Reinstall it again.

This time install the key by using Key Device Driver that came with the installation disk.

Put that disk into your cd drive.

In the Autoron, select Utilities and then Install V12 or V13 key driver.

Now come to the next option. Select Functions->Install Sentinal Driver from Rainbow Tech screen.

Click OK.

If it asks to replace drivers or not just enter yes.

After the installation is over. Restart the computer and then run the Softplan.
