Hi guys, I am using mindmanager at work, and suddenly an error message appeared on my screen, the error goes like confirm that MindManager is properly installed or close any running instances of Mindmanager.

Snagit is unable to access MindManager. Please confirm that

MindManager is properly installed or close any running instances of

Mindmanager.

Above is the full context of the error, I am sharing this post here at Techyv for others to see this scenario, what I did when I see the error is, I remove and install again mindmanager, but it did not solve my issue, same error persist when I try it again, hoping to get some advices from techyv on this problem, all your help is highly appreciated and accepted fully, thanks guys.

Error Message “Snagit is unable to access MindManager. Please confirm that MindManager is properly installed or close any running instances of Mindmanager” indicate that your installed version of SnagIt did not capture / support to Mindmanager.

SnagIt 8.2 was the first version that supports output like Mindmanager. SnagIt 8.1 and all earlier versions did not support Mindmanager.

So you will try Snagit 8.2 or above for capturing in case of Mindmanager. Now a day Snagit launched its 10.0 version and it will definitely support Mindmanager.
