SNAGIT 10 Scrolling Capture is not working

I am using All in One SNAGIT 10 but the scrolling capture or the scrolling window of it is not working.

How can I make it work in Windows 7 PC?

The old version of Snagit is working on almost all versions of Windows. It is maximized to run on different operating systems.

If you are having trouble running the application on your computer with Windows 7 operating system, you might want to check if your system is free from errors.

Snagit is also designed to run on Windows 7 both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of it. So, if the application is not working on your current platform then probably there is a problem with your system.

If Snagit is currently installed, uninstall it first then check your hard drive for errors.

Use a disk utility application if you have one installed on your computer.

Otherwise, use the disk check tool.

  1. Right click on drive C and then select Properties.
  2. Click Tools tab.
  3. Click Check Now.
  4. Check the option Automatically fix file system errors and then click Start.

Install the application again after the disk check.

Here are the system requirements for Snagit:

Windows

  • Windows XP 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit
  • Pentium 1.0 GHz or higher processor, 2.4 GHz recommended
  • 512 MB RAM, 1 GB or more recommended
  • 60 MB available hard disk space
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later required

Mac OS X

  • Intel Mac running on Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard, 10.6 Snow Leopard or higher
