You can resolve your problem by following some steps.

  • You have to download Microsoft .NET Framework 4
  • Download this Web Installer from this link.
  • If you still have the same error then you will have to download tool and the remove .NET
  • Download the tool and remove .NET and after that again download the .NET and install it.

Can you specify which version of .net is currently installed? I would request you to download the latest version of .net that is 4.5 sometimes the latest software’s are compatible with latest version of .net, It would be better if you see the required from the site smart audio II and see which version they want if it is the latest version then there is no problem at all, download the latest version and install it from HERE

Hello,

To fix your problem you will need to uninstall Smart Audio II and install .Net Framework 3 and later. Smart Audio II doesn't seem to work even if you install the correct .Net Framework after the application is already installed. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Uninstall Smart Audio II.
  2. Restart your Computer.
  3. Download .Net Framework 3+.
  4. Install .Net Framework.
  5. Restart your Computer.
  6. Install Smart Audio II.

After following these steps you should be ok and everything should be running smoothly.
