SKY X Professional upgrade error message

Hello community,

Recently I upgraded to the SKY X Professional version. When I try to join the CCDAP5 Software in setting up mode I am receiving the following message:

Link to software error, The SkyX Adapter.StarChart 1:COLeException Type

mismatch

(800200005) SCODE 80020005

mismatch

I am not able to fix this error message. I'd appreciate any help!

  1. First make sure that you done the updating process in the right way and that all the integrated parts are working properly and that there is not corrupted installations that are present in the system. After that proceed below to solve the problem.
  2. The method that you are using to login into the system is either in unknown format that is not recognizable by the system or it is using a built in name like the MapNetworkDrive or SetDefaultPrinter.
  3. The error code refers to the execution of the VC script file when you run it. So there is also a chance that there is something wrong with your code that you have in the file.
  4. Check the source code thoroughly and see if you are using any wrong number of arguments in a program and that it is causing the problem.
