Hi

I try to set up SiSoft Sandra Business 2010 but I am receiving an error message. Watch the attached file.

Also I have attempted to set up it on a new drive but i found the same error message.

I am running Norton Internet securities 2011 as firewall in my PC and Avira Pro as antivirus. I need to solve it. Please give me a solution.

Hallo Bridget,

What kind of error exactly are you getting when setting up the SiSoft Sandra Business 2010 application? I could not see any attached file. My biggest guess to the cause of the error associated to that application that you are receiving could be because the application is being blocked by the firewall on your computer, and therefore you will need to access the firewall and add that program to exceptions as follows:

  • Open the control panel in the items view, and then click on the windows firewall icon.
  • After that click on the Allow a program through Windows Firewall link in the left  pane.
  • Next click on the Change Settings button.
  • To add that application to exception, you will need to click on the Allow another program button.
