What was the error all about? Did the error appear from the very start of your installation? Or in the middle part?
It will hard for us to pin point what could be the cause of the error. There could be a lot of cause. How much RAM does your has? It could be your system doesn't have enough memory. Did you turn off your anti-virus, spyware protection, Windows defender, Firewall? It could them blocking your installation.
It could also be your game installer has the problem. It may have corrupt or unreadable files. Try also to install the game in a different path.
