There are lots of suppliers who provide discounted cell phones. Some of them are GSM locked. I am looking to purchase bulk of smart phones (Samsung, Nokia and Apple). Supplier informed me that few are GSM locked. He said that all of them can be unlocked by using some software. Is it legal to buy discounted cell phones like them? Also I do not know that all the new versions can be unlocked. Please advise me. Â Â
