Shockwave Player Error in 32-bit Mode

I am getting this error on my Mac PC simultaneously:

Shockwave Player Error

To view the movie, open your browser in the 32-bit mode.

1) In Safari, select Applications/Safari in the Finder and click More Info.

2) Ensure that Open in 32-bit mode is selected.

3) Re-launch the browser.

I did what is written in the Error message but the error still exist. Also, it usually happens when resetting Safari and closing it. I just want to know how to get rid of this error or just install Shockwave if needed. Thanks.

Hi Doreen,
The error is due to incorrect settings of the Safari browser.
To solve this error follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Right click on the Safari icon on the screen
2) Click 'Options', select 'Show in Finder' option
3) Click 'Show in Finder' button, right click 'Safari'
4) Select 'Get Info' option from the list

Get-Info-option-from-the-list

5) Check the 'Open in 32-bit mode' checkbox option from the list
6) Run the Safari in 32 bit mode in the system
