I have Facebook and G+ Account. I have different kind of Circles in G+. Sometimes I find something special or funny or interesting in G+ which I want to share with my Facebook friends. The reason is most of my Facebook friends don’t use G+. Is there any way to share like this?Â

After adding Google Plus extension to your Chrome browser, your Google bar will get three new icons, like Facebook, Twitter and the extension itself. Clicking on the icons allow you to connect the G+ profile with the other accounts. Now you can choose which post you are about to share on G+ to your Twitter and or Facebook account as well.
