It seems that you are trying to install an old version of Avira Internet Security.
This error is indicating that you have not installed latest version of Internet Explorer, but in reality this ia problem with Avira Internet Security.

This is the compatibility issue of your Antivirus with the Internet Explorer you are using. To fix the error please follow the steps:
1- Remove all the Avira antivirus files created during installation.
2- Update your internet explorer to the latest version.
3- Re install the Avira antivirus. It should install smoothly.
4- Also check the minimum system requirements of your antivirus.
