Settings on shuffled playlist persist even if updated to IOS 5

Hi, I am currently experiencing a problem with my music player. This problem started some time back and I thought that it would be solved once I upgraded to IOS 5 but I was wrong as it persisted after the upgrade. When I select a certain song in the playlist it plays a different one or skips to the next one. It appears as if the list is being shuffled.

I would like to stop this from happening, but I don’t know how to do this. If someone knows the settings that I should change please let me know.

If you upgraded to IOS5 and the problem still persists, then there is no doubt that the problem is with the music player that you are using. The remedy to that will be to get the setup for that application and then reinstall it, for they may be some bugs that may have developed in it.

You may also choose to install an alternative music player and see if it will play the music files without skipping or playing different files as the one you are using is doing. But you may also need to check the files that are being skipped for they be in a format that is supported by that music player.
