Hi,

I would like to know how to I can automatically set all my meeting requests Private, in the Outlook 2003 executive calendars. This will block others from viewing the time blocked in the calendar even if they click the scheduling tab? Please assist. Thanks

Hello Nicole,

If you want to make your meetings request to private is to open the meetings or your appointment that you want to make private and select the "Private" check box at lower right corner of the outlook. Do not depend on the Private feature to prevent others to gain access the details of your appointment, contact, or task. You should also not granted them with a permission to view or read your Contacts, Calendars and Task folder. Check if you granted someone with the permission to view or read your contacts, calendars or task and remove it if you want. Hope it helps.
