Hi, here is the solution
 

1. Go to the menu option.
2. Select messaging.
3. Tap settings.
4. Select email.
5. Go to email settings.
6. Tap add account.
7. Add your email account.
8. Enter your email address
9. Select password and enter your email password.
10. Select continue.
11. If the user name is not correct select the correct user name
12. Continue.
13. Select the mailbox type and continue
14. If the incoming server is incorrect give the correct incoming server of email.
15. Again select continue.
16. Outgoing server is also selected in the same way.
17. Select continue.
18. If requires SMTP authentication, give yes else no.
19. Continue.
20. Authentication requires username, password and continue.
21. Select account name and give the desired account name.
22. Update inbox to retrieve email.
23. Setup screen is done.
24. Configuration is complete
