I’m not sure if your computer’s problem with services.exe is a problem with the installed physical RAM on your CPU or with Windows only. You can try fixing the problem within Windows by clearing the event logs.

1. Click Start then Control Panel.
2. Click Performance and Maintenance.
3. Click Administrative Tools.
4. Double-click Event Viewer.

On the left panel you will see the first 3 event logs: Application, Security, and System just like the one displayed above. Select each of the 3 event logs and then right-click then select Clear all Events. Click No when asked if you want to save it. Do this on the 3 event logs.
