Server with no network connectivity using Cisco IOS Interconnect switch

I have newly installed a blade server and it's able to communicate, but the network ports are not communicating. We use Cisco for the blade chassis interconnects. It seems that traffic from the newly installed blade is not passing from the Cisco switch. What is the probable cause of this issue? Is there any way to fix it?

Hello,

Perform system analysis. Run tcpdump or a similar utility. Perform IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) snooping. Check the switch configuration. Utility products should give you definitive information as to how your entire system is communicating and where the drops or denials are happening. There are also many server management applications, which offer a GUI and guided use, that could be employed for analysis.
