Server error coming while using an Insight baby monitor

Hi,

I have recently purchased Philips Insight Wireless HD baby monitor and connected to the wireless network to which my iPhone is connected as well.

The baby monitor LED is turned on and glowing in green color. The Insight App on iPhone will start setup, but fails with an error saying Server error and service Requested is currently unavailable. I didn't understand what was the problem. I have spoken to Philips support and as they suggested I have done reinstallation of the app in iPhone but no luck.

How can I resolve this problem? Please kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

It sounds as if you have issues with network permissions and your devices. You need to troubleshoot your network specifically as it pertains to your router, monitor, and phone. You may need to configure your router for this networking. Consult your router literature for more information pertaining to setup. You also have the option of using a different application for networking with the devices, but you will still have to address any router issues. Acquire different port forwarding applications to use for your baby monitor setup. You should be able to find one that is suitable after experimenting.
