Hello virginia Wells,

If you want to get yourself out of that thing then you have to follow some of the tips so that you can get the best result. First thing is that those mail which you send via BCC or CC are considered as spam. Do not send mails at once otherwise that thing also result in spam detection. Try to send maximum 10 mails at a time after that you have to give a time of 1 minute and after that send the others. By using this technique you can never get your mail in spam folder.

Hello Virginia,

First you will need to contact your intended recipients in order to get your e-mail server “white-listed”. You will need to provide the IT administrators at the target recipient of your email with at least two things: the static IP address of your email server, and the domain you are sending from. e.g. [email protected]. Thirdly you will want to setup a new mailbox or profile through your Exchange server. This will prevent your email account from receiving a potentially huge volume of email bounces or auto responses.
