Hi there,

I have read a lot about your problem, and I found this guy on the official page that explains it all very simple. It has some 10 steps for you to achieve, but do not be scared-these 10 steps work like a charm.

Look up this site and feel free to contact me if you have any further troubles with the same issue.

Regards,

Hi Priscilla,

You can follow the following steps.

  1. Open the Exchange 2007/2010 management console.
  2. On the drop down list, select Hub Transport and click on the Send Connectors tab.
  3. You will that there is no connector yet so you right click on the Hub Transport and select New Send Connector to create a new send connector.
  4. Follow the wizard to create the connector.
  5. Once done, select Address Space on the side menu and configure SMTP
  6. Select Use Domain Name from Network tab
  7. Select the connector you created and click finish and it will be displayed. You can check the link below for more details.
