Hi. The steps to use the fbi moneypak virus removal tool and remove the virus through system restore are-
1) Restart the computer
2) In the menu of advanced boot options, select safe mode with command prompt and click enter
3) In the command prompt that appears, type rstrui.exe and click on enter
4) Try to select the date and time just before the PC was infected by the virus in the system restore
5) After the system restore finishes the task, start the computer in the normal mode and then scan the PC using an Anti-malware.
