It’s a function of Google. You can not use it as your way. Only Google have that authority for this. Then can modify their search engines as they like. So there is no option for you to make a change or select your website or set priority for your website.

But if you still want to do this then you may sent a email or application towards Google. May be they will be so much helpful to do that. And also you can continue search for this on different websites or blogs for this.

May be you can find something here for this.

If you are talking about the rank of sites in Google Search, you can never tell. There's a lot of websites out there that are opened everyday. And the number of websites available gets bigger and bigger every day that’s why you can really never tell.

If your website is just starting, it will show up in Google Search. But as to which page, it’s hard to tell. Google’s index gets updated everyday due to newly opened sites. If your site gets many visitors, it will show up in the search. Google indexes every site using a website crawler, the Google Bot. Its task is to search and crawl every corner of the web for newly opened websites to be added to their index.

Even if your site gets added to their index, it’s still not 100% that you will receive a hit from them. When Google Bot crawls your site, it searches for the META tag. This helps identify your website with keywords. For example:

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="INDEX,FOLLOW">

When bots of any search engine encounters this tag on your page, it will tell the robot spider to index the website including its linked pages.

<meta name="revisit-after" content="2 days">

With the meta tag above, it tells the robot crawler to reindex or revisit the site and index after 2 days.

<meta name="Keywords" content="video, amateur, blind,">

The meta tag above helps your site to be searched with the keywords you specified. There are other meta tags available. You can search the web for a specific meta that you need.
