Please do the needful for providing me the features of Seagate backup folder recovery software, along with inputs on backing up and restoring data using the Seagate Manager. Is there is any video tutorial on Seagate Manager, that will be better for me to understand.

1) It schedules the backup of selected folders
2) It edits the backup settings
3) It launches immediate backup files
4) It restores the backup files
5) It provides a backup log to the user
The steps create a backup and recovery are as follows:
1) Click on the 'Seagate Manager' icon on the Windows desktop
2) Click 'Backup', the backup window will open
3) Click 'Simple Backup', the simple backup confirmation window opens
4) Enter the name of the Backup, Click 'OK'
5) This creates a simple Backup.
6) Click 'Backup Now' button to start immediate backup
