Hi, I downloaded the ZA firewall in my windows OS and installed it. But may be due to some problem the ZA icon on the desktop was marked with X sign. During trying to reinstall the system I got stuck with a message ERROR 65.
I haven’t found any solution of this problem in the help bar. Do you have any knowledge about fixing this problem? Thanks.Â
I’m not sure if this is an incompatibility problem since this is the latest version and I’m sure you are not using an older version of Windows. ZoneAlarm PRO Firewall 2012 fully supports Windows XP Home / Professional Service Pack 2 or Service Pack 3, Windows Vista Business / Home Premium / Ultimate Service Pack 2, and Windows 7.
I’m not sure if the X sign in your desktop icon means that the newly installed firewall is disabled or not. Try opening the application and check the settings carefuly so you wouldn’t miss a single option not configured.
You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Check if you have enough RAM left to still run the application.
